Kings Head 6 Girton 3
3-3 at the break which was a bit generous to be honest, as Dan clipped a yellow on way to potting the black and ade potted the black half way through the frame, so we gave 2 away. The old men in the team (Captain Marvel and Jimbo) won the first doubles to put us up before myself and ade wrapped it up. Dan and Stephen rounded it off with a hat trick of doubles.

Mickeys C 4 - 5 Salisbury A We started off playing like we can, and how we did towards the start of the season and took a 3-0 lead. Mickeys fought back well, and with some missed chances from us and good play by them made it 3-3 at the break. The first 2 doubles were a case of missed chances from both and wasted oppertunities with both probably going to the non favoured team in each 4-4 at that point. The final frame was a tactical affair as you would expect, but we took our chance when given it to get over the line. And i'm sure noone well ever forget Del's reaction when he potted the final black it certainly had Luke in stiches.

We were ranked outside the top 16 at the start of the season, hence being able to play in the plate.

Looks like the CUSC A team are clear favourites now!!! Get the div 1 teams out of the plate!! lol Rubbish mate, 2 div 1 teams knocked out last round by teams in much lower divs As far as i see not really any favs, although there are a few you would consider stronger on paper. Should be some interesting ties left in the remainder of this comp this year

Just saying they are quite clearly the stand out team left. We all know anyone is capable of upsetting the the odds on any given day though. CUSC final would be nice lol. When is the draw???

I'll be happy anywhere in Cambridge, if the people drawing it could fix it like that it would be greatly appreciated!
