Will they all turn up for the qualifiers? Have I missed anyone out? There you go again, with your usual list of superstars!! You talk, under your county tread about getting in some new blood, players who can not only play pool but will turn up week in week out and build a winning team spirit. There are plenty of such player in Cambridge, many of whom are probably put off with the same hand picked lists! Nothing against any of the players on your list but they will not be able to commit week in week out! I think the Captain may have his work cut out! Best of luck though if the Team comes together, I feel as you say in your County tread you should blood in some new, up and coming talent! ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png)

Anyone who wants to can join this team - just let us know who you are - we will have internal trials if we have too many!

Interleague = superleague right???
The team posted above would win the cambridgeshire region hands down. If it turned up that is. it's not as high a standard as County. Not even sure it's as high as our own prem leage.

The team is being put together to win the national title - if you fancy a pop at getting in it then put your names down! Everyone has a chance, if they are good enough they will get in on merit.

Not even sure it's as high as our own prem leage. KSR finished 2nd in superleague this season, some distance ahead of 3rd place. Pushed Ely fairly close and we even beat them once. I would say that after Ely, the average standard of the current superleague teams is about the same as the average of the top half of our Prem league. If St Neots A got their full strength team out every week I would say think they would be a similar standard to KSR though.

Perhaps if you compare the top six from each team then the standard would look quite high. But there are a lot of weaker players mixed in with these big squads. Ely and KSR are definately ahead of the current pack.
Just my personal veiw from the games I have played locally.
I assume that nationally the standard is higher.
