Mens B lost 24-20. Went into the last two frames needing to win them both for a draw. No more than 2-3 frames between us the whole way. I had a truly awful afternoon taking home 0/3 Men's A lost too I believe. Stevie McCann dished both his breaks, which was nice. Youth won 27-17 Ladies were 23-6 up I think at some point

Good to hear that the youth and ladies did well; you forgot to mention I chopped away good opportunities in the other two frames I played as well! With the new 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw system... we're only a point behind Essex and still have to play others like Suffolk and Norfolk twice so a win next month should get us right back in the mix!

Essex were a lot stronger than I thought they'd be. Going on the squad strength they have, they are probably favourites to win the region.
