Yo
The Cherry Automatics League is looking for a couple of new teams for the Summer 2010 season. This League does allow a route to the CoC in Gt Yarmouth. Anyone interested can contact myself, Mark Golden. My contact details are on the main website.

If a coc place is at stake, may I suggest it's run better next season? We could do with some form of written constitution for a start.

Does David run this himself?

No Dave does not run it. He has taken a back seat and it is now run by Mick, the Landlord at the White Lion. I don't think he will want to get involved in writing a constitution.

Really, could this be run anymore shambolically than it is now? It's no wonder they had a struggle getting teams to enter.

i dont know who runs its now. So i dont want to step on any toes but im willing to help run it next season with fixture lists out 10 days+ before start of the season. Also ill update the tables each week and ill ?attempt to write a constitution for it.

Well, with that attitude I'm sure glad you're not on any committee I'm part of.

Agreed, I don't think we'll be entering again unless it gets more organised.
Any results from last week? We lost to the Carpenters 7-2.
Fixtures list? Tables? Hotshots? Anything?

It has an area of the stats site for itself now (won't find it on the CAPL section) cherry.pool-stats.com/balloonr/viewtdivision/41Monkey enters the match results, hotshots are not collected. I have nothing to do with it, but assume a fixtures list must exist somewhere.

Uncalled for. I drove back from Leeds straight into CSC to see Paul Smith's Rathmore Allstars finish a 5-4 win against CSC.
