Yep. according to the constitution, the rule for League games is:
“”A team must comprise of a minimum of 3 CAPL registered players, which are registered for that team.”
For a cup game the number is 4.
Though not ideal for either team, the logic being, it’s better for both teams if they turn up than not show, and you could still get a result with 3 players in the league (6-6) and a win with 4 in the cup (6-4)
