Morning Ladies and Gents
For the upcoming Winter 2014/15 season I will be your divisional secretary
There are a couple of things you need to know
Firstly:
The captains meeting is at Cambridge Snooker Centre
Wednesday 24th September 2014
19:30
A representative from each team MUST attend, failure to do so will result in a £10 fine
VERY VERY IMPORTANTLY……………………………….
The format of the captain’s cup has changed from this season as voted in at the recent GM:
A divisional Captain’s cup is to be held at the beginning of the season at the divisional captains meeting
Only the team captain is eligible to play. If another representative collects the pack and attends the meeting they cannot play in the captains cup
Eligibility criteria for the captains cup is as per the constitution Section 24-19, obviously the signing of scorecards cannot be considered as the comp is before the start of the season but the registered person, by the registration sheets can be used to determine eligibility
An entry fee of £3 will be taken on the night of your meeting (24/09/14) by your divisional secretary
The format of the competition is dependant on entries and the divisional secretary will determine this
The divisional winner will receive a trophy and will be entered into the overall captains cup between all divisional winners, and will be handicapped when it takes place in the finals week at the end of the season
