The Scotch Trebles will be held on Sunday 24th June 2018 beginning at 8pm. You should aim to arrive between 7:30pm and 7:45pm on the night to allow the steward (in bold below) to get the draw done promptly at 8pm and the competition started.
It has been decided to of having 2 venues and playing down to 2 at each venue, who will then play during finals week. All matches will be best of 5 so first to 3.
Note for Stewards: Please be responsible for the draw on the night and for noting down all scores for matches played. These should be text to James Burgess 07960 967792 please. If you are not going to be able to make it to the venue let James Burgess know asap. Remember that a timer should be used for all games, it is the responsibility of all entrants at the venue to assist when not playing. If any entrants are not there for the allotted start time, and haven't called ahead first, please do the draw without them. Discretion advised, of course.
Please note if you wish to change a player in your team only one player is allowed to be swapped out. If you wish to do this you must contact James Burgess via email or text/whatsApp and receive confirmation before you are allowed to go ahead with playing. Failure to adhere to this ruling will result in disqualification from the competition. All stewards will be informed of any changes made and it will also be edited on here.
