Kings Head 3 Rathmore 6
not a bad game . we had alot of bad luck. should have at least been 3-3 going into the doubles. As their captain said "were not bad for a div 3 team" just hope we can play like that against the golden hind next week.
I heard that the ida a beat the hopbine 5-2

Weetsheef 3-5 Uni Went to a 4-0 lead and then took our time about winning the final frame. A combination of great potting from them and errors from us kept them in it and pushed us close. Great chip butties too ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Cam Uni-B 5-3 Golden Hind (5-4 after last game played)
A tough win and a good result for us after we lost 8-4 to them at the start of the season in the league.
btw, do we email Steve MacDonald the result?

I don't personally remember much bad luck on either side but that's just my opinion.Really nice bunch of guys, hope your league campaign picks up soon.

Is that not the Rock A losing at Milton?!? Oh, that's an upset and they won't be happy!
Cricketers A 5, Mickeys B 1 - although there was some contention about the game in the end and 15 mins after signing the card and leaving the pub, two of mickeys players came back to complain about a foul in the 4th frame and to cross out the captains signature and mark the scorecard as void - up to the comp secretary to sort out, but as far as I'm concerned, if they had a problem in the 4th frame it should have been sorted out then, not 15 mins after the match was over... it was a very enjoyable night up until then.
I think the Osbourne Arms A beat the Cricketers B 5-1.

We were in Mickeys after the game and heard one of the teams had some disgruntlement. Must've been the cricketeers game.

CSC (M) 0 - King Street Run (A) 9 ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Having done the Old Rafa tonight and rotated my Team, I am very please with this result. Been able to leave out Paul, Sav and Lawrence shows the strength of my squad to still will every frame! Unlucky to CSC who were a great bunch of lads and best of luck for the rest of the Season, we shall hold you to that Friendly some time in the future! Congratulations to the Workies too on knocking out the Holders, great result particularly after last week, that certainly opens up the Competition. ...by the way how did Rafa's rotation system go last night? ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png)

Oh, you've got to feel sorry for the two Bar Hill teams - they get Mickeys A and the Rathmore A and lose them both 5-4... very close to huge upsets!

They clearly don't understand what uni students consider a sensible diet ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) . Good fun game, it was pretty amusing every time you forgot there were parts of the table where there wasn't room to use your cue, lots of people cuing with their back hand in front of their chin using half their cue ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)
