I have drawn Dale Parson in the singles event does not say whether there will be another match after that or not though.

Who have the moon and run got in the team event?

its qualifying round 1 to get to yarmouth sorry thats all i can tell you its not the most informative of letters i have received from the organisers

For the team event, at least, there are only so many teams that have to play a local prelim rounds, depending on the number of entries they get. The year that we won the league and the Moon came second we had to play a qualifier (which we lost against Pboro Posties) but Moon got a direct entry.

I thought I had been entered in to this, but unfortunately not. Bit gutted really as I was hoping to go 1 better and win it this year. Carl gave his spot to me but I did not get entered.

yeah he beat some gooduns in that comp. and ran a top 20 pro very close in final I am really looking forward to it now

Managed to squeeze 5-4 through despite losing 3 of the 4 frames I broke in, had to win this one the hard way in long drawn out tactical frames

well champions of champions in 3 weeks and all cambridge players welcome come down if you can for a good weekend and support your mates. I would advise anyone who wants to learn to go down for the week play in some fliers and have a great crack.if you want to see good pool learn and be around the game then this is the place be good to see you there
