Stel txt me the below scores yesterday,
Men A lost 25 -19 Men B lost 28 -16
Would be interested in knowing which new players were brought in to cover, and how they got on.

Stel txt me the below scores yesterday, Men A lost 25 -19 Men B lost 28 -16 Would be interested in knowing which new players were brought in to cover, and how they got on. I played and won 2 out of 4 Disappointed, not least because I only lost the first frame due to a badly leveled table (no really I did). The tables, which had only been installed for the match, obviously were not bedded in and tended to shift and de-level themselves through the afternoon. Either that or they were never leveled to start with. I had a 2 inch shift, middle to corner, sending my ball into the corner bag and handing my 1st game on a plate to the other player. This table had to be re-leveled after I complained and another table for Steve McCann, had to be leveled after he had lost later on due to another roll off. It was comical to hear Marshall try and blame it on chalk and bad players, when clearly it was his leveling. (was this just the B tables or were the A tables also a problem?) -- After saying all that, I had a good day and will be trialling come January. --

I hope you play to your ability at the trials Paul. I think you'd be a great addition to county.
2/4 is still a good show on your first outing.

cover players: Barry Smith 1/4 Paul Reed 2/4 Steve Mac 2/4 Dan Taylor 2/4 Michael Duigan 0/4 Steve McCann 2/4 Lawrence Beech in the 'A' got 2/4 I think that's all Michael Duignan told me he won one from his four games. I am sure he would be upset to see you have put him down as zero from four. Please amend.
