First time i have entered this comp.
We didn't get a bye. Boohoo.
Away to the Beet club in Ely. Captained by a gentleman called Iain Aldous. I have heard his name before so he must be good? Does anybody know who will be in his team and i will assume they are also good?
Our team is Andy Smillie, Mark Brazier and myself with Rich Wharton hopefully in the wings if one of us can't make it.
Looking forward to it.

Ian Aldous plays for county and Ely interleague team. They went last year narrowly beating The Rathmore side. I believe they were 4-0 down too. Not a great draw but beatable

Who's going? Juls Steve Mac Nathan Reilly Dan Taylor Just heard we have a bye to Yarmouth. We have a bye also but i am not sure its a bye to Yarmouth. After this round there will be 16 teams left in the Cambridge region that is alot of teams to go through. 256 teams went last year thats roughly 35 per region but there are 6 counties in our region I am guessing there will be another round and 8 will qualify.

Yo
White Lion, Sawston 5 v The Beet Club, Ely 3
Absolutely was Flawless, Brazier was red hot and Andy eventually put a smile on our faces. I did the driving.
The Beet Club is, i believe going to be the venue for the Ely interleague team. The Carlsberg was £2 a pint. I am going to try not to drive that night.
Come on the Lion. Yarmouth here we come.
