The Mens Scotch Doubles will be held on Sunday 26th November beginning at 8pm. You should aim to arrive between 7:30pm and 7:45pm on the night to allow the steward (in bold below) to get the draw done promptly at 8pm and the competition started.
All matches are best of 5 so first to 3.
Note for Stewards: Please be responsible for the draw on the night and for noting down all scores for matches played and texting James Griffiths the results on 07568 585651. If you are not going to be able to make it to the venue please let James Griffiths know asap. Remember that a timer should be used for all games, it is the responsibility of all entrants at the venue to assist with timing when not playing. If any entrants are not there for the allotted start time, and haven't called ahead first, please do the draw without them. Discretion advised, of course.
Please ensure that the Mens Scotch Doubles are played to the Scotch format with players alternating shots through the duration of the visit.
A quick note to all that anyone wishing to change partners must do so either by text or email, to James Griffiths, before the start of the competition, failure to do so will result in disqualification from the competition.
